Anyone with experience know what his periodic checks are set at?  And does the plugin disable if it isn't connected?

Just looking on the interwebs, there’s not a lot of positive things said about this company and his plugins.

Anyone use his plugins or dealt with customer support?

I have a few of his plugins. But only because I got all of them for free, except for THE_INSTRUMENT and THE_INSTRUMENT 2. That's also the only one that I actually use. I really like THE_INSTRUMENT (1 and 2) a lot.
I can't say much about the customer support, since I never had any issues. But I participated in the beta-testing for THE_INSTRUMENT 2 and he replied within minutes to each of my emails.

He currently seems to include an AI chatbot in all of his products but it often generates bad results. For example when I asked it where I can find a certain feature in the UI, it often gave wrong answers.
