Missing Notes Feature in Browser

I use the project Notes feature often, it's normally available within the browser, and under views too. Now it seems to be missing. I am in the middle of a project for a band. I note what changes a client wants on a particular song, as well as note dates that I send mixes for review, etc. I NEED to have this, all my projects have notes. Is it just me? Do you still have the Notes feature??

Notes is still there in the Browser, at least it is on the paid version of Sonar

Thanks Jonesey, I still didn't see it. I discovered that I now have to drag the browser window much more open than before, else the icon does not show.
