When I gigged on various cruise ships in the Caribbean, there was always a Reggae or Soca/Reggae band on board. I heard them play quite a few non-Reggae songs, often for surprisingly good results. We decided,  “nothing is sacred to Reggae” — and that's a good thing.

I'll come back and listen when I have the time. Got a gig this afternoon.
