I've been wanting to address issues with my serial codes with VSTs like Dimension pro, but I can't log into the website. I've attempted to reset the password, but Cakewalk does not send a password reset link to my e-mail address (no, it's not in the spam section either!). I've e-mailed about the issue, but no response.
