Christopher Shaird
I couldn't find an area on these forums that's dedicated to issues with Cakewalk's legacy website, so I've picked this spot to post about it. I've been wanting to address issues with my serial codes with VSTs like Dimension pro, but I can't log into the website. I've attempted to reset the password, but Cakewalk does not send a password reset link to my e-mail address (no, it's not in the spam section either!). I've e-mailed about the issue, but no response. Bristol_Jonesey
Where have you sent the email? The correct address would be support@cakewalk.com

Right. The old web site was shut down years ago. There's nobody there to answer your emails. The new Bandlab/Cakewalk/Sonar team are pretty good about helping folks get reconnected to their old software.

Every time I have send an email to support@cakewalk.com, I have always received a response (every single time). Have you checked your spam folder?
