live performance Dividing life recording and upload to bandlab

Hello all, 

I start learning Sonar. I have a live recording with 6 different tracks and want to divide this into the different songs. Then upload these to bandlab studio. 

Best workflow for this?

And anybody has a good link for a course to the new sonar by bandlab?

You can simply solo the tracks in question and publish as a new BandLab song for each. 
You can use the same master project to do the exports and it should work fine. 
If you are just exporting a stereo mix to bandlab then only check "Project Mixdown" in the publish to bandlab dialog.
