I think you upload the file to a sharing service like Dropbox and PM the link to the interested party.

You can if it's under the size limit.  Drag the cwp to a new post and it will tell you if it's not.  Otherwise - what 57Gregy said.

Sharing it may or may  not help but it's an option.
