timboalogo Posted July 4 Posted July 4 More newb questions from me: Where can I find the documentation on Enable/Bypass Plugin Oversampling? Actually, where can I find the documentation? When I press Help = Documentation, I'm taken to http://legacy.cakewalk.com/Documentation/help.aspx?hid=0x184C5&prod=CakewalkSonar&lid=3, where I cannot seem to find Oversampling. Am I missing something here? Timbo

Canopus Posted July 4 Posted July 4 And after downloading, search for "upsampling", and not "oversampling". I think they've changed the naming since that PDF was written.
timboalogo Posted July 4 Author Posted July 4 Brilliant, thanks. Why haven't they updated the link in Sonar?

When I try to use it it takes me to the Get Membership screen.
timboalogo Posted July 5 Author Posted July 5 Yes, I upgraded from free to paid and can access the oversampling now. And thanks to Bristol Jonsie I can get the help I do desperately need. 1
Max Arwood Posted July 5 Posted July 5 It’s in the plugin menu. Look at the title bar on top of the plugin. Options are there.
timboalogo Posted July 7 Author Posted July 7 Oh thanks Max, it took awhile to notice the icon sitting there. So the plugins have to be individually enabled, then a project enable/disable will activate/deactivate them from what I understand.
Max Arwood Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Yes unless the plugin has its dithering option. Sand plug-ins can be set by a default. Some plug-ins are turned on all the time by default
