Cool song - the arrangement works well.  I thought the BGVs stood out as a good part of this song. I liked your lead vocal - Chris Isaac came to mind for me - not the same, but it made me think of him.

The mix overall sounded good to me - thanks for posting.

The harmony parts are indeed very good. Liked the way you brought it in on the second line of the second verse. For me, and I don’t know why, The Association came to mind. Blast from the past, eh? Well developed story line, good piece of songwriting, nicely done overall.

This took me back to that early 1960's style. This number has a great melodic feel and you vocals are excellent and really bring out the sentiments of the lyrics.
