Jono J Grant Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Hi, I'm getting "Refresh Activation - Unable to refresh activation, please try again later" when I open up Cakewalk. I notice that the Bandlab app doesn't really work anymore. I'm able to go to bandlab.com and sign in though. How do I reactivate Cakewalk? Through the site or the DAW? Thanks Jono

OutrageProductions Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Also helps to clear the cache in your browser before using the in-app login. If your credentials & cookies are stale, this can be a problem with activation. 2
sjoens Posted June 13 Posted June 13 If you receive this error with 2024.12, contact support. If you're using 2024.07 or older you'll have to upgrade to 2024.12 to clear it. 1
