U2 was once playing a concert in Ireland when Bono suddenly told the band to stop playing and then started clapping his hands above his head.

"Every time I clap my hands, a child dies in Africa!"  Bono exclaimed.

"Well, stop fooking doing it!"  Yelled a guy from the front.
