Followed the support e mail and logged in from inside cakewalk, but nope it wont work. Now I'm stuck and need to save my work for tomorrow. This is really really annoying, I'm not au fait with the controversy about CW's future, but can anyone tell me whats going on?? No wonder people are looking elsewhere! Open CbB and in the Help Menu choose Login …. Etc. A browser window will open and let you login using your Bandlab creds. If, in the Help Menu, its showing logout (as against login) then do just that. Close CbB. Re-open it and then in the Help Menu choose login …… as stated above. This works every time for me (i use Sonar, but still fire up CbB every now and again simply to keep it activated). Only if you want the functionality provided by Cakewalk Sonar will you be required to pay. Try this log out of Bandlab from within CbB. Log out of Bandlab in your browser. Reboot your PC, start CbB, under Help use the option to log into Bandlab. To be fair they are very helpful ( or were, its a while since I e mailed them) but now I have work to do urgently for my band and cant do a thing. Not good.
