Pillacle Posted May 23 Posted May 23 Whenever I try to open a project from Bandlab using Cakewalk Next, it just fails to import with the error messages: "Bandlab Project did not open successfully." and "Download Failure Unable to download revision." It also logs me out of my account. Why is this happening?

Ashwin Rao Posted July 9 Posted July 9 Hi, we've recently fixed this issue with the latest Next update. Could you try updating to the latest version via Cakewalk Product Center and try importing a project again?
Ian S Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Hi Im literally having the same issue, and ive grabbed the latest version. when i view my online projects on Next im able to play the revision, and it even lets me open the project via the website to bandlab, but as soon as i attempt to double click it to open it in Next it just say the following, and when i go back to open project its as if its signed me out of the Bandlab online. But when i close next and re-open im still signed in.

Noel Borthwick Posted August 4 Posted August 4 There is a backend issue that will get fixed soon to resolve this problem. It impacts only certain BL projects.
Ashwin Rao Posted August 14 Posted August 14 Hi, the issue has been fixed and is now on our latest release. Please update to the latest version of Sonar and try importing your BandLab Project again.
