I don't think you're able to go from K13U to K15 Standard as it's a downgrade - you must have something else which is allowing that upgrade path, perhaps one of the Select versions that comes with hardware or something? K15 was released fall 2024 so K16 will likely be released fall 2026, based on historical patterns (every two years). So, you'll probably need to wait for the Sounds of Summer 2027 sale. The ones smaller than that download fairly quickly, but the larger ones start at a good rate and then stall at 20-25%. I've tried starting over a few times but the same thing happens everytime. I realize that the servers are being hit hard now, but that doesn't explain why the smaller ones download okay. It's almost as if the servers are getting bored and forget about the download.
