Hello , I ran into this song recently and couldn't get it out of my head.  So ..   I attempted covering it just to see how I could do.

 The link now reflects my 8th and "final" mix. I may revisit it in a few months , but I'm happy for now .     

I used "SpaceBlender" by "SoundToys" on the cellos. It has been Awesome at Everyting I've thrown at it.  It's Free for a Very short time.    Thanks for the listen ..      Thanks to @garybrun for surprising me with this final master.  6/14/2025

I don't know the original, but I can see why you couldn't get it out of your head.  It's a beautiful piece, and your version does it justice.  The combination of the acoustic guitar and your vocals is fantastic.

@Bajan Blue , Thanks I appreciate that. The original version only had a single acoustic , a kick , vox and harmonica. I had to do a lot more embellishment on this version to fill it out. The original was steller for a stripped down song.

@jwnicholson78 Thanks Jeff for the listen and comment. I thought if I covered it and had to listen to myself a thousand times , I'd get sick of it.   Still can't get it out of my head ..

I've been micro editing this for a week . I believe the original link now reflects my "final" mix.    moving on ..
