Thanks Craig, I've heard a couple of people share that same view. I'm inclined to think that might be the way and then jump in to the already anticipated Total Studio 5.5 Max when they get around to updating some of the others!

Do you have any favorite captures from Amalgam so I can have a look?

I *really* like their Fenders. The new Brownfaces are great, and the Blackface Deluxe Reverb is excellent too. IIRC, their Carr, Toneking, and Matchless captures are ones I get lots of use from as well. The flipside is that the UA bundle of four amp sims is on sale for $99, and their Deluxe Reverb might be even better. Their AC30 is also my favourite.

Interesting.. I've completed been ignoring those new UA ones and haven't even listened to them!

It appears at checkout. You just have to check the checkbox.

Maybe it only shows up for certain accounts. Log in, click in "buy", see if you have it on the "add to cart"  page.

It would be nice if IK was smart enough to send out the email concurrent with the release so that we would
know these things.  While it was still a good deal I really could have used that extra $70 LOL

I think it's likely like @Larry Shelby said and for TS4 Max owners, which as you mentioned you are now too.

I'd held off getting TS as I wanted to see what got included in the new version.

The only think that really interests me are 2 or the ToneX signatures. The rest of the stuff that in listed in there that I want I think I spent < $100 to get in total.

I doubt I'll ever get around to downloading the space hogging pianos.  The requires purchasing more space.

And it's really time consuming...I've been at it since purchase.  And they load REALLY slowly into the interface (not on
an SSD but a 7200 RPM drive)

I have TS 4 MAX and TR6 MAX but would almost be worth it for the TONEX collections (I only have Metal Gems) and Morley Collection (only have contour wah) .

I assume that TR6 in TS5 MAX now also includes Lurssen Mastering EQ which is all I'm missing?

I too just did not even go to the IK site. I assumed you could not use Jambpointz.

For gits and shiggles I attempted to buy it there this morning. It's either jampoints or the $100  (if you have it, which I do, now useless 😞 )

You qualify for Maxgrade, which is basically going from any MAX product.

You would be best logging in to IK directly and seeing if you have the $100 voucher when upgrading. You should. That should bring it down to $99

Those that bought the recent TR6 MAX $30 deal and are new to IKM, get a good opportunity to jump to TS5 MAX at a decent price via JRR Shop.
Just under $200 all in is good value.
