Brian Walton
Anyone else get this? (edit, forgot the ml part at the end, looks like a machine learning report - but makes we wonder if the process needs to be modified in the installers to avoid this) Edited May 2 by Brian Walton

I'm using Bitdefender btw. I also just tried PluginProbe64 on VirusTotal : Edited May 2 by ZincT

I had some issues with previous v3 but haven't put the new one though the paces yet. That said, this company has updated the product like no other VST maker (ok, maybe Melda can get some credit too), so I trust it will get stable enough if it isn't already. I had a few random freeze and crash on a stable, high power machine using 3rd party stable vsts in it with prior versions.

fjz
Scaler 3 is currently on sale for $79.00 (reg $99.00). Based on past discounts, does anybody know if better deals might come along? fj

You missed the pre order price and seems unlikely they would drop to that again in the near term 1
mettelus
+1, I highly suspect that the intro price was to bring the harder-core folks online to help beta test. Their forum is a better way to track progress with things going on than here. After I had jotted down several things from the initial release, I saw a post there about the modals being all wrong, then a response admitting that they were blindly pulled in from Scaler 2 and will be fixed in the 3.1 release. After seeing that one, I set my list aside and will check things out again once 3.1 hits the streets.

I was a little on the fence as to whether I wanted it or not. Now I'm late to the party. Oh well, I've got to the end of the month to decide if I'll jump on this current deal. fj
