audioschmaudio Posted March 7 Author Posted March 7 Wow, the intro price was $49?! I missed that. I would have bought it too, probably. I wonder, is it worth buying if I already have Syntronik 2? Both seem to be quite similar as they're both basically romplers with sampled synthesizers and some settings that let you tweak the sound. What annoys me a little about Syntronik is that it takes a little while to load a preset. Will probably be the same with Synth Anthology, because they have to load the samples. Or is it quicker?

For clarification of actual content, you get some sounds for each synthesizer, but not all soundbanks from all 200 synths. I was hoping to get a D-50 with this purchase but there are maybe a dozen D-50 sounds included. Not discounting the value of this product, it is quite good. Just saying if you are expecting a full library of 200 synths that is not what this product is. Regards 1

It is a good value but I initially bought it on the headline 200 synths after seeing several synths listed that I have been interested in. That said, I would have bought it anyway, the sound is great and the superpower of the app is combining synths to create huge and amazing sounds. Regards 1

Zo Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Guyz anybody with the synth anthology 4 can check some for me : In anthology 3 we have the main synth and the sub , the sub we have access to all the raw wavefrom , are we able to have those in the syntha anthology 4 for each part ? Thks
Basically it says that the sub section is not present in 4 , now i remember why i never upgarded lol 1

ZincT Posted March 21 Posted March 21 6 hours ago, Zo said: Fleer , how is the cpu hit on the last one versus previous ? I did a quick comparison this morning and SA3 and 4 were quite similar, but SA4 seemed a bit lower overall in cpu usage. For SA3 I got anywhere up to 9% and SA4 up to 5%. For reference, my PC is Ryzen 5800X based (8 core, 16 thread) with 32Gb RAM, all SSD storage. 1
