David Sprouse Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Villancico de Navidad by Barrios. You can hear how slow my hands are now. But have a great Holiday season y'all.
PhonoBrainer Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 I thought that was awesome. Super clear in the headphones, not overwhelmed by fretty squeaks. And I hadn't heard the tune, very pleasant it is. Well played and thanks for sharing it.
thegaltieribrothers Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Hi David, Well played, thanks for sharing. Good Job! regards paul
freddy j Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 What a pleasant song indeed! Your playing was wonderful not slow. (BTW - Eric Clapton used to be called slow hand). Thanks for posting!
Bajan Blue Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Hi David, Nicely played, thanks for sharing. Cheers Nigel
Guest Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Beautiful timbre David and plenty of light and shade. Slow hands eh, still sounds pretty good to me. Well played and enjoy the holiday season also. Andy

Makke Posted November 19, 2019 Posted November 19, 2019 Enjoyable instrumental music. Well played beautiful melody and chord progression.
DeeringAmps Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 Nicely done! We guitar players, of a “certain age” shall we say?, have a tough time staying sharp. But, the emotion you bring (and I mean you and the “royal” you) is really what’s most important. You’ve “caught” that, that’s all that matters. We pick (no pun intended) our battles, make subtle changes to the material, and say our piece. Again, Lovely! Tom
Douglas Kirby Posted November 21, 2019 Posted November 21, 2019 This is very nice David - it made me think of Paco Pena - who I saw a year ago. Very pleasant. Thanks for posting.
bjornpdx Posted November 22, 2019 Posted November 22, 2019 Wow this is nice. There's a little hesitation in spots but doesn't distract. I like the little embellishments here and there which make a big difference in the performance.
