Installing on multiple machines in a school

I have been in contact with support about using one account to activate multiple machines in a music lab in school.  The response was "You can try setting up a single BandLab Membership account in the name of the school and use it to activate Sonar on multiple computers. While we can’t guarantee this will work across multiple installations,"

So my question is, has anyone tried this?  Does it have any issues? Are we not allowed to do this even though the official support line has said we can?

I don't think there's anything physically built in to the software to stop you from trying
