Dormant Cell
If I install the 2024.12, will I be able to keep the TTS-1?
Bristol_Jonesey
Yes. Just don't uninstall anything and you'll be fine
Dormant Cell
Thanks! I rely heavily on the TTS-1 drums so far & haven't found anything i like to replace it with. Until then I don't want to risk the TTS-1. B.R.
Sock Monkey
Just for laughs. You can sample the TTS/1 and load those into Session Drums or the new Sample player. The TTS-1 will die eventually, sooner than later, due to it being DX. I am getting a lot of crashes now that the dump files point at the TTS-1. I have bits of it in hundreds of projects. They are mostly backed up as midi files now so safe from harm.
Jonathan Sasor
Installing any Cakewalk by BandLab or Sonar update will retain an existing TTS-1 install. We cannot distribute it with new versions, so it's just not included as part of the installers anymore.
