Pro channel icons not showing? ( solved)

Seems like this issue has been brought up before but I can't seem to find the thread.

All of my pro channel modules seem to work when I select them but the icon or pic isn't showing for all of them. Visually they are fine when i insert them into the pro channel.

Just checking to see if this is something I'm doing wrong or not?

Also wonder if there is someway to get the concrete limiter? I bought the comp, gate and limiter years ago and would love to get those back somehow.

You should be able to download any product using the email and password you registered them with at the legacy Cakewalk website in the My Products section.

Thanks I'll see if I can get it sorted.

I deleted all of my old versions from X1,X2,X3 and Platinum a few years ago. Just now kinda wishing I had a few of the tools that came with those.

I have no idea what my username or password was 8 years ago so I suppose there isn’t a way to retrieve those old pro channel modules.

Anyway, I have 6 icons that show and 6 that don’t. Apparently there isn’t a fix for this either.

I wonder if Sonar has these issues?

No, no issues like this in Sonar, at least on either of my systems

1. Send an email to support@cakealk.com to sort out your password issues

2. To get the old stuff back you'll need to decide exactly what you want and to install the version of SONAR that they came bundled with

Install older versions BEFORE any later ones

Thanks to Mia at Cakewalk support I have my username and new password.

Now just waiting for confirmation about using the legacy command center, new command center, or downloading and installing each individually.

Reinstalling my old pro channel plugins seems to have fixed the problems with the icons not showing up.
