GTsongwriter
I've registered with iZotope, followed the offline instructions. Sent the challenge using a online computer... Tried with both Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers, but I couldn't get iZotope to send me the authorization file. Downloading it manually gave me a .xml that it didn't take. Renaming the .xml file to .izotopelicense made it tell me the file was invalid. I created a ticket with iZotope, but they claim they are super busy, so I don't know how long it will be before they get with me. Any ideas on what I else I could do it solve this issue? P.S. I had bought the Mix and Master bundle Advanced: Crossgrade from any iZotope product for $229.30 (which is a loyalty price along with a Christmas discount of -$50 (original loyalty price of $279.30)). I couldn't find it anywhere else for less.
mettelus
After the merge with NI, there was both an update to Native Access and the iZotope Product Portal. IIRC there were two new hurdles; one was the password from one had to be used for the other, and two, both needed to be open at the same time for things to work properly. After getting over that initial hurdle (I had the same authorization glitch that sent me down that path), they seem to have functioned solo since. Not sure if your situation is similar, but initially the Product Portal wouldn't take, but it did after both apps were updated and logged into.
Joseph Gresham
Offline authorizations can be tricky! Try using a different browser, like chrome, or double-checking the challenge code. Sometimes, the iZotope Product Portal app can help refresh things if connected briefly. I hope it gets resolved soon great bundle you’ve got there!

Glenn Stanton
try your chrome browser. the latest MS Edge seems to have implemented a bunch of "higher security" crap which seems to make sites not love it. Firefox? no idea but last time i used it about 15 years ago it was a security hole waiting to happen...
kitekrazy1
the true offline version would be to move Izotope to an iLok.
