Not sure what is means "not let me use them".   I've never had that issue.

You can also use them on hardware and accessories.

Thanks for this. i never got an email. But was able to add them to my tally. However (hoping) to upgrade to TRacks 6 and having never used my jampoints before. Found out I can only use max 30% of them against a purchase. So they will gather dust still.

He's talking about the Gear Credits, which is a whole other complicated thing where you can basically prepay to use them to buy some devices and pedals, but only works on some.

I don't know why he can't use them, though.

Maybe all of the good stuff isn't available by using them.
