Cannimagine
I just tried Moises to separate some of my old tunes and it seems to work well. When I download them to my PC they come as M4A files and I can't figure out how to get them into a Sonar Project. Has anyone done this? People on YouTube are loading them into Pro Tools and re-recording the weak parts which is what I want to do.
Noel Borthwick
I believe mpeg 4 audio files should import into Sonar as long as windows sees the codec. What problem specifically are you seeing.
David Baay
You should be able to import .m4a files into Sonar the way you would any other audio: drag and drop to an existing track or to an empty area of the clips pane, or File > Import > Audio to a focused audio track. Sonar will convert it to a wav file. I just tried it with a random file pulled of the Interwebz, and it worked as expected.
