bitflipper
I know what you're thinking...what's possibly left to add? Doesn't Pro-Q3 already do everything you'd expect from an equalizer? Well, I thought the same thing when the two previous versions came along, and now wonder how I could be so naive as to think the original Pro-Q was the do-all/end-all EQ back in 2010. But each new feature set added more than just convenience, they changed the way I use EQ. Pro-Q4 looks to be a game-changer.

Fleer
Okay, if anyone’s interested in 10% off: new FabFilter customers can get 10% off through their Tell A Friend offer: “Your friend will receive a 10% discount coupon that can be used on any plug-in or bundle. If your friend places an order within two months, you will receive €10 credit from us, which you can spend on a future purchase via your account. An e-mail will be sent to your friend (if he or she isn't a customer yet, and hasn't been invited earlier). Only works if you haven’t been invited before and haven’t bought from them yet. Just send me a PM with your email address.

Although I assume you meant "pretty", not "petty". The former refers to its brilliantly ergonomic user interface that lets you dial in EQ very quickly. The latter means, um, something more snarky? Doug Steinschneider
My only BF purchase was FabFilter Pro-Q 3. I'll hang with it this version until I find out something about Pro-Q 4 that will save enough time to make the extra investment worthwhile. Toneboosters pro EQ offers some special stuff with some band types that are lacking in Fab Filter, and Sonible had already started that sort of journey years ago with the proximity EQ and others. I've always thought all of them lacked the all in one instance adjustment view that this might be adding. I got claro mostly for that type of view.
