Midi chanel bank and program change

Hello to everyone on this forum,

I`m newbie with Cakewalk by bandlab and i usually use Cubase. 

So my question is where i choose the midi chanel, bank and the program i want to play on an hardware synthesizer for example Access Virus B?

With a MIDI track selected, Press i to bring up the MIDI track inspector
