bug? Chrome Browser Glitch??

Or forum software hiccup?  I keep getting this window when posting with Chrome.  It reverts to normal if I Duplicate the Chrome Tab.

Is it possible that reader view is being activated somehow?  (maybe the page is listed in the sidepanel reading list?)

No. I don't use it and until you mentioned it, didn't even know how to activate it.

Funny thing is it only happens occasionally, like during my last post but not this one.   It's like the posting header doesn't fully load sometimes and so far this is the only place it happens.
