Does Anyone Have The Hum Removal Presets For Sonitus EQ?

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure if there's a way for me to access the presets for the Sonitus plugins but I haven't had access to them since switching over to Bandlab. If there's a way to recover them let me know. If not, I was wondering if someone still using an older version of Sonar wouldn't mind screenshotting the 50hz and 60hz hum removal presets for the EQ and posting them here. I feel like I remember them working pretty well for me.

Thanks.

Are you clicking on the "Preset" button in the upper right of the GUI (in the grey area of the plugin)? The one at top left of the VST window doesn't work, but the button in grey area at the upper right does.

Wow this might be hard to believe but I never even saw that. Yes, I was trying in the upper left corner where nothing shows up. I don't use this one as often as I used to 😅 Thanks for letting me know, and for the screenshots anyway.

Do you mean you haven't had access to the presets, or access to the plugins?

If the former, I can export the presets as a file you may be able to import via the Preset Manager within the Sonitus plugins.

If the latter, it could be that the plugins are locked to the version of Sonar that they were installed with (on my system they work with all the SONAR versions I have had, but I had not tried them with CbB back when I tried to use it on the system some time back (had to remove CbB because of problems it caused with the rest of my setup and have never tried it again on here), so I don't know if they can be used in CbB.

Thanks for the offer Amberwolf but it turned out I was just looking in the wrong place.

I was thinking it might have been that the presets were present but just weren't visible, like the vx-64 and px-64 vocal and percussion strips for example, which are still in sonar but are hidden by default. But no it was entirely user error! 😅
