Feature Request: Visual Metronome

Having an option for a visual metronome rather than just an audio one would make on the go contributions/quick recordings via phone more effective. (In situations where headphones are unavailable or not a good option.

A large, visual metronome could be useful for live recording too.  A good idea.

Hi All,

There is a visual metronome in CbB.  Just open the Big Time View (ALT+shift+3).  Is that what you are asking for, or does this not work for you?

That is a visual metronome but, I made the font as large as it will go and it still isn't as big as it should be.

I changed the default Ariel font from it's default font size to 72 and the visual metronome still only takes up less than a third of the screen.

How big should it be?

Instead of picking from the drop down, try entering the point size directly in the size field. Still not going to fill the screen.

Could use the Windows magnifier if it is still too small.

144 is the largest setting Windows will let me use.  That works for me.  Now the laptop can be across the room and I can see the metronome.

+1 , good idea. Big time is almost ok but realistically looking graphic metronome would be awesome.
