The current only way I'm able to use it with VST3 is by using Blue Cat's Patchwork plugin wrapper for VST2 to VST3. Curious if the newest Cakewalk would have a perpetual license ability? Right now Sonar is only available via BandLab Membership. Cakewalk by BandLab supports VST3 though as well though.
