One of my first sample library purchases -- my first sample player was a Roland U20 synth and a bunch of ROMs back in the 80s, I still have the rack mount version, it was where I gave up on playing the guitar and started playing virtual guitar -- was an East West guitar sample library and I remember when you held a low note, I think it was the lowest F#, after a couple of seconds you could hear a guy cough. I think they've raised the bar a bit since that library. But I'm interested in @Fleer history, about when did you first get started using samples? And what is your musical background (did you have piano lessons as a kid, play in a band when you were a teenager?). Just curious. We all spend so much time here!
