No Sound From Pianissimo VST Keys

All of a sudden there's no sound from Acoustica Pianissimo's GUI keys.

TruePianos works fine, Pianissimo standalone works fine, and everything works as expected in Mixcraft.

I've checked all connections, settings, and rebooted the system several times and have no clue what is causing this.

This seems to be an issue with Pianissimo v1.0.0.15 and only in Cakewalk/Sonar.  v1.0.0.12 works fine but is 32 bit and has to be bridged.
