🔒 Bapu's Random Thoughts For The Day

I'm off to visit my mum this weekend and I was planning on travelling tomorrow. But with winds in excess of 75 mph forecast I think I'll be staying at home.

The rail company is advising passengers not to travel tomorrow (Friday) but can use pre-booked tickets on either Thursday or Saturday. They are also advising passengers not to travel on Saturday because of widespread strike action.

Fup ?

What do Yoko Ono and Ethiopian's have in common?

They both live off of dead beetles.

Sort of true but also sort of not true.
By all accounts Yoko was the money brains behind increasing John's wealth significantly through investments (of his/their money or course*).

*John & Yoko did not have a prenup so once they were married it was to become their money.

  • 4 weeks later...

Mom to son: How did your first bass lesson go?

Son: I learned to play 4 A notes in a row.

Mom the next day: How did your second bass lesson go?

Son: I learned to play 4 D notes in a row.

Mom the next day: How did your third bass lesson go?

Son: I couldn't make it. I had a gig.
