aidan o driscoll
You would have to ask WHY Facebook isnt policing this particularly as there advert got elevated to Sponsored which they would have had to pay for.

I have reported it multiple times...Fakebook doesn't care. It's not their preferred censorship target, and they're being paid. 4
Lamia6
They were also impersonating Audio Deluxe and some other plugin shops a couple years ago. Back when they couldn't even spell the word "Plugin" correctly. I too reported them, even to PB and they we're gonna report them to Stripe and get their payment processor account taken away.
Richard Dixon
So, what is the scam they are running? That is a honest question. I am not so sure it is a scam. First, I bought a plugin from Plugin Boutique two nights ago, and then used their redeem code at Universal Audio and the code worked. I downloaded the plugin from UA, and I am using it.. Secondly, they are recognized by other retail outlets as a site they will price match. Just saying… edit: I will report back if anything goes wrong. Read more carefully, this one seems to use their name with a slight domain alteration to mislead people. 100% of the time they're selling cracked software so stay away and don't even bother to click on any of those. It's not the first and not the last fake "vendor" that does that. Edited Wednesday at 06:31 PM by solema
Richard Dixon
Hi Larry, I understand and there still may be a scam, but it would have to be a long game at this point. They accepted PayPal and Apple Pay, so I was not too worried about my credit card being scammed.
Richard Dixon
Thanks for the heads up, Solema. I appreciate you telling me the distinction. I guess I lucked out and picked the right site.
