I picked DDLY up for free years ago, and pretty quickly uninstalled it. I don't know what iZotope is doing, but several different apps had trouble scanning and authenticating it. And it's not the only iZotope product I've had that problem with. I have uninstalled all of their products, even the ones I paid for, and have put them on my "never again" list, along with Waves and Slate.

I always use offline authorisation with iZotope and had no problems so far! Though I don't like machine activations, they are one of the companies where installations go smooth, but as said without Product Portal.
