Screen doesn't refresh after the cursor goes out of sight to the right during playback

I'm not sure what the correct terminology is or how to say this, but it used to be as soon as cursor in the timeline goes all the way to the right, immediately my screen would jump to the next view with it on the left as it's playing. Sounds like a computer issue more than sonar but I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

it usually a workspace setting which is preventing the auto-scrolling.

Or it could be you need to press the scroll lock key on your keyboard

The screen sometimes doesn’t scroll if you clicked on something. Just hit the spacebar again 2x
