That can be done either way...a clean amp with an OD pedal, or just the amp Zo.
The amp is slightly overdriven...giving that mild "break up".  There are so many
factors that go into getting "tone", one of the most crucial being "the fingers"

In this case it seems they used doubled RIGs with little different settings:

After some releases of RIG packs I must say it. THU was a little underestimated (me including) about improvements from version TH3.

This RIG thing is much more flexible than I expected. Damn, another things to buy...  ?

I used to regularly use TH3 for a lot of my tones and then after getting  Bias FX 2 + Amp 2, been extremely happy with the results.

These RIG packs might bring me back to the Overloud side, but looks like I may have to upgrade to TH-U first...... and yeah another thing to buy. ;)

The Choptone rigs are KILLER, plus there's a ton of them.  The most recent updates have brought a lot of UX goodness to browsing the rigs, like have color codes that correspond to dirty, clean, etc.  A real pleasure to use and yes - a significant update to TH3.  This alone was the factor in not jumping on the IK group buy - I have no need/desire to use Amplitube.  TH-U barely makes a dent in CPU and just sounds good to my ears.   Now if Scuffham would just get that update out...

Ok Guys, it is not funny at all, especially for our wallets (I mean the ones obsessed with guitar sounds)...

I did some sneak peaks at Overloud and here are their preparations:

MF T&B 3Classic
Brit Silver Jub
Hand Wired Vocs Heritage
Mad-in-Italy KT45 Stoner
Mad-in-Italy MK50 Rock
Choptones Bogie RK6L6
Choptones Tone Impera
Choptones Carved Vai
Choptones Brit 1959 RR

So it seems there will be lots of RIG packs. But so far they are not providing any discounts for owners with lots of RIGs :(

Thank you Piotr & Zinc,

Peavey 6505 for $18, I couldn't resist ... again ;)

edit: So many options I'm really glad I have bought it!

I am wondering if they abandoned older approach to prove separate amps models in THx and now they are only about providing rigs for THU? ?

Do we have to have THU for those or there's like a THU player with a purchase ?

Unfortunately so far there is no separate RIG player but it is something so obviously needed to make sell bigger so maybe they are working on it? :)

Yup, but anyway you are for sure not the only one non-guitar player on this forum :)

IT can be. How they are preparing RIGs for RIG player is kind of mystery. Maybe one day they publish it and RIG player would become virtual kemper where anyone can create its own chain :D
