I expected from the title it would be a christmas song, just kidding.... another unique and interesting piece from you. You raise a lot of good questions about how people develop their feelings about themselves which when negative are very difficult. You are not alone in having picked up self-negativity if the song is biographical. I cant change my own oil either. My christmas decorations  are 1 small fake cactus with a few bulbs that don't light up. I wish for all of us that have broken parts that we would find the answer to your question about how to find healing. Meanwhile, we make music.
