Restore previous save?

I had a beautiful mix that took hours and ctrl grabbed a pro channel eq to drag from one bgv to another. Suddenly everything was out of whack. Drums and guitars sound high-passed extreme, the whole mix went haywire like a toddler came and twisted every knob and fader. Undo didn’t fix it. I made the mistake of saving before reboot. Is there any way to get yesterday back? I did not save a mix recall.

If versioning is enabled, depending on what  has happened since that last good version, it may be possible to revert to something a little better.

I usually set up preferences to version by the clock only and set changes to zero so that excessive changes to not overwrite versions too fast.
