Help with staff and piano roll view

I installed Cakewalk but i dont have the staff, piano roll and step sequencer. Do i have to download them separately?

For the Staff View and Piano Roll View to be enabled in the main menu, you need to have a MIDI track in your project. For the Step Sequencer menu option to be enabled, you need to have a MIDI track selected.

Either instrument or MIDI track would work because both use MIDI data but there must be at least one or the other in the track view or the other views are disabled.

Thank for u´r answer. I tried that but i cant even click on them. 
Futhermore, they are not black like the other options in the menu. Almost like they are not installed.

You can open them from 'Views' menu.
