I did wonder that and it all works to upgrade. The wording is the same across both sites, that it's a crossgrade from any bundle. Likely they meant Diamond and Mix as they already said they were excluding Essentials from custom vouchers and same with Creative.

They may update the wording on the pages, but I think they likely pulled this as their helpdesk was going into meltdown with everyone requesting upgrade pricing.

Hard to know with UA these days though! Haha...
