An error occurred while processing your request. Anyone know anything about this issue? Thanks in advance.

I ran into a similar issue with regard to the online documentation and reported it.** Quote Error. An error occurred while processing your request. I don't have any pressing needs, so I am planning to wait until the infrastructure gets sorted out. If you have an urgent need, you can contact support. **Here's the reply I received.
