It would be nice to somehow identify those who are long timers. Not absolutely necessary for me though. Maybe a fresh start will be nice.

I'd like my post count brought over as well.  I'm not important, but I'm not a newbie.  Also, I'm 14-year old trapped in a 58-year old body. I need my ego stroked.

 

I was jyoung60 in the old forum, if that helps to find my stats.

Well when Bapu created the "Beyond Cakewalk" forum he imported our post counts from the Cakewalk forum.   The man!!!

I would prefer the post count to be ported over. It provides some degree of context for long-time contributors — long-term experience.

I don't know how it would have anything to do with this forum.  If you had a large post count on the old forum and it were brought over here it says nothing about how helpful one has been here. In fact it could be mistaken for quality. 

If it were done it maybe appropriate to note where it came from.
