chuckebaby
If you go to "Programs and features in windows it will show you the last downloads of the redistributables. Grab the latest one from Microsoft only and to coincide with your OS type/64 bit. <- you are 64 bit correct ?

msmcleod
Do not uninstall those - they are not the Microsoft Visual Studio redistributables, they're Intel's ones. The Microsoft ones look like this: When you go to uninstall, it usually gives you the option to "Repair" - repairing normally fixes things. If not, just uninstall them and download them again from Microsoft's website.

Mcu pro
Can you control plugins in cakewalk though Mcu pro?
John
No, though it could if one is willing to write the dll to do it. Mackie had a C4 version that did that.

Synth rack and other then EQ/Comp PC modules are not supported. The mapping can be defined in text file.

BTW is it also possible select "related" synth for current track? I am still using not always working "hack" for that in AZ Controller (which it turn is based on bug in instrument tracks...).

Yes, this is something I'd like to implement at some point, but it needs changes on the Cakewalk side to support it. The SynthRack was fairly simple to implement as it was already supported in the API for the VS700.
