Cakewalk command center keeps saying I'm offline

Hi there, 

The Cakewalk command center keeps saying I'm offline, when I'm not. 
I really try to activate my license for Rapture Pro , but nothing seems to work

Hope ya'all can help me out. 

I'm on MacOS Ventura 13.4 and CCC-version 1.2.3

I just ran into this I had to re install it from the web site link. Then it works. It installed a visual C+ that was missing as well. See my reply in this thread
