Christian Jones Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Tonight I started writing a song similar to this when it occurred to me that I've heard something like this before, and it was from this movie Cape Fear. When I hear this, if I'm not thinking about the movie I imagine 1930s gangsters of course it's played by an orchestra, but how would you label this particular music here as a genre?

Lol yeah I was thinking that, like thriller/suspense/horror soundtrack/film music. I guess that's what it is. Played by some hip orchestra outcasts living in an artist loft on the outskirts of town
