johnegenes@gmail.com
"Flaming Arrow", from the album "The Catchpen". A cheery bit of social commentary on capitalism, war, and environmental destruction. The party's over, folks. As always, help yourself to free audio downloads over on my Bandcamp page. Thanks for listening. Recorded using Cakewalk Sonar 8.5 and Cakewalk Bandcamp. Mastered with Wavelab. This was pretty much just an "all me" sort of track, where I play everything. I know, it becomes a bit incestuous, but sometimes you're alone with time to kill.... Instruments include drums, bass, piano, electric guitar, high-strung acoustic guitar, mandolin, and pedal steel guitar. Larry T.
Excellent. Well written. Nice melodies throughout the song. The only part I'd change is delete the big change to upbeat around 2:13, leave the mood as is, but just my taste. Well done????
