Not sure if I should admit this, but I read that title too quickly and saw "Hooters and Bar Wankers!" ?

Nothing wrong with hooters IMO.

Listening to:

Bop For Kerouac - Mark Murphy & Richie Cole

IMHO one great jazz singer and one great alto sax player at the top of their game.

That's a beautiful track very nicely performed and loved their harmonies.

His voice reminds me of Peter Gabriel....good stuff to Elbow ya. ;)

Tropicana Nights - Paquito D'Rivera

Full album: A delightful modern take on classic mid-20th century Cuban music. Paquito is a very good sax player, too.

That Cornershop track was fabulous.

I've just been quickly checking out "Urban Turban" and really enjoyed a lot of it. Thanks.

The stand out track for me was "Something Makes You Feel Like". Lovely.

"25 or 6 to 4" - Chicago

Terry Kath's guitar work simply amazes me on this cut. I haven't listened to it in a long time, and it's nice to hear it again.  And it's not just the solo work but the backing 'response' licks as well.

Damn Your Eyes - Etta James

From the album "7 Year Itch". Etta just got out of rehab, got an all star rhythm section and recorded what might be one of her very best albums ever. There isn't a bad cut on this album and this is a great one.
