Where is File Stats Notes?

I'm trying to make some project comments and I just can't find out how to do that. Searching reveals I should use File Stats / Notes but I can't find out how to get there. I'm using the latest Cakewalk / Bandlab of version 28.11.0.21.

Can anybody please clue me in about how to make project comments?

If they're project-wide notes, you can enter them in the Notes section, under the notes tab of the browser:

 

There are also areas for track notes:

 

and also for clips ( automation lanes also have a similar area for notes):

@msmcleod -- i forget --  is there a way to export just the notes? text? csv?
